Delete Your Tarotly Account

You can permanently delete your Tarotly account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)

Open the Tarotly app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer use the app (for example, you have uninstalled it or lost access to your sign-in method), send an email from the address associated with your Tarotly account to privacy@tarotly4you.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Send your request to privacy@tarotly4you.com from the email address linked to your Tarotly account.

What will be deleted

Your deletion request covers all personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your profile (email, display name, photo URL, preferences, settings).
• All saved readings, daily cards, and dream-journal entries.
• Your weekly-recap delivery history.
• AI content reports linked to your user ID.
• Your Sentry crash-report user mapping.
• Your RevenueCat customer mapping (your active subscription, if any, is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there).

What we keep, and for how long

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (your hashed user ID, the date, and the channel) for up to 12 months, in order to demonstrate compliance with deletion requests. We may also retain billing records (without other personal data) for up to 10 years where required by tax law. Encrypted backup copies of deleted data are automatically rotated out within 90 days.
